It is not in the front line, nor does it need to be. Culler de Pau is capable of attracting hundreds of diners to Reboredo’s place willing to taste the authentic flavor of a two Michelin star restaurant (the first in Galicia). In fact, the restaurant run by Javier Olleros and Amaranta Rodríguez also managed to win 3 Soles from the famous Repsol guide this 2021.
Culler de Pau bases its essence on an intimate concept where the flavors, textures, techniques used and the careful presentation make up a perfect canvas that manages to capture all the flavor of the sea and the Galician land in each dish that leaves the kitchen. In the menu, the diner can taste recipes such as hake with «meuniere» sauce and seasonal vegetables; suckling lamb with polenta and butter of spices and anchovies; sautéed seasonal mushrooms and corn sabayon; or eggs «da casa», San Simon cheese and breadcrumbs, among other combinations, both sweet and savory.
The house specialties include Pan de Millón octopus, homemade empanadas, fish and seafood stews, rice dishes and pan-fried lobster, among other Galician delicacies. This meco restaurant also offers catering service for events, as well as food to order and to take away, in addition to having access for people with reduced mobility. As usual, during the months of July and August Pan de Millo is open from Monday to Sunday, and the average price of a lunch or dinner at the restaurant can range from 20 to 30 euros.

01/08/2021: The best seafood I’ve ever eaten, the service, the table linen was impeccable, we ordered the razor clams from the launch and the taste of the sea was impressive, the cockles were the biggest I’ve ever seen as well as the razor clams, first class product.
02/08/2021: Excellent service and quality of the food. High price. I do not recommend the house specialty, original recipe but for my taste, it is not the best for quality seafood.
30/07/2021: The place is always full. You have to book if you want to make sure you can go. The menu is varied and everything we tried was very good. The meats are grilled and we did not order them but they look spectacular. Very affordable prices and great service. In addition, in the interior terrace is very very comfortable. Highly recommended.
We went to eat 2 families (7 diners in total) with a previous reservation. The food was very tasty (see photos) and the service by 2 young waiters, very good (even one of the pizzas was delayed due to problems in the kitchen and they were kind enough to serve some croquettes for the person concerned, while they did not bring it). Up to this point, everything was perfect.
